Melliber Residence, Casablanca, Morocco

The Melliber Residence is an urban residential program of 70 apartments in the prime oceanside location of Moulay Youssef Boulevard. It includes a complex of four apartment buildings and offers a wide choice of rooms ranging from 83m² to 222m².

For this project, our Geotub formwork was used to construct the concrete round columns. It was ideal for the quick mass production of serial columns and created a sturdy structure with a smooth concrete finish. Geotub is very easy to use and install even in very difficult areas and worksites; moreover, with proper care, it can be reused hundreds of times.
